At the age of 25 I was at 315 lbs. This is when I had my first stroke in 2007. My good friend M.J Sem, who knew about my situation, told her brother Mr. Samnang Sem in 2009 when he first started with YOR Health. We hung out at Denny's sitting and chilling with other friends that were there with us. He was always energetic and smiling and calmly came to talk to me about my stroke. He didn't approach me to talk about my weight situation. He was more concerned about my health; that was it. He talked to me about how taking care of my health would be such a benefit for me, but during that time I was pushing away people that were trying to help me. I didn't want others to know that I was trying to lose weight, even though I put on a front saying that I was okay where I was at with my weight.

So what I did was I tried working out on my own and doing what I thought was the right way. However, throughout the two months of intense workouts, I only lost 3 lbs. I eventually lost 15 lbs throughout the years, but I was exhausted at the end of my workout. Throughout the years of seeing my good friends posting up pictures of people who were getting result, I'm so glad that my good friend never gave up on me. He was persistent, always following up with me every week. It took me four years to realize that he was just trying to help me.

Knowing that he will always be here to help, that's when I decided to give it a try. I found out that he was here to sincerely here to help me through my journey to better health. Losing the weight was a benefit for me. But, oh my God, when I started using the products, within my first 3 days I was like, “Are you serious, I already dropped this much weight?”

In my first week alone I started seeing result like crazy. I lost ten times more weight than what I lost in the 2 months that I was doing it by myself.
