My name is Jose Guadalupe Valenzuela Almanza, I’m 25 years old, I live in Culiacan, Sinaloa, and I work in a call center. Two years ago, I was introduced to YOR Health through someone who told me about an 8-week challenge that was doing wonders for people, making a radical change on them, and little by little I got convinced. From that moment, my life changed radically. It essentially changed the way I eat, I used to eat nothing but junk food or eat out because of my job. I went from size 48 to size 40 or L.
I couldn’t exercise, not even riding a bike. Now, I watch what I eat and I supplement it with YOR Health products. Although I like the whole line, my favorite is YOR Berry Blast. I can practice any sport and I practice cycling; I couldn’t complete one single kilometer before, but now that I’ve lost 100 lb, I can go for 100 km on my bike without complications.
All this hasn’t been easy, I’ve had moments of discouragement, but if it weren’t for my upline and my work team, I couldn’t have made it because their support has been unconditional. That’s why I’m grateful, without them this wouldn’t be a reality. By their side, I’ve won 3 8-week challenges and I won 2nd place at the Annual Showcase that took place in Mexico in 2018, which encourages me to keep joining more challenges to maintain this healthy lifestyle and continue with it.

When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
