Hello, my name is Hunnie. I am a single mom who was always very busy with work and did not have time to take care of my health. During the pandemic, I was very limited in gym equipment since the gyms were closed.   Almost every morning I did a very basic 15-20 min workout at home using only my body weight. What was most important was my food intake. I was unable to control my eating habits before and I always overeating, but I didn't want to be limited in my options, so I eventually tweaked the Regimen and was able to trick my mind to thinking I was full.
