I struggled with my weight my entire life. From as far back as I can remember I was teased and picked on about it. I grew up very shy but also very angry on the inside. Throughout college I tried every crazy diet you can think of buy nothing ever worked, and finally when I was 25 years old I just gave up. I figured my body was just defective and there was nothing I could do. My dad had just died from heart disease and my mother was dying from cancer, and I was just angry and depressed with life. Not long after that my friend Dan Hamilton called me to tell me about a new line of supplements he was taking called YOR Health. I was very skeptical and didn't want to do it because I didn't think anything could help me. But Dan was very persistent and I finally agreed to try the products. I got great results in my first two weeks, which inspired me to keep going and also become involved as a distributor.

My experience with YOR Health began in 2008. I became so inspired about health that I went to nutrition school myself. I learned about the importance of diet and exercise to reach my goals as well. Since that time I have lost 125 lbs. My goal is to lose another 30 and then maintain. This process has changed my entire life. It has opened my eyes to a whole world that I wasn't confident enough to experience before. I realized I spent most of my life hiding, apologizing for existing, and feeling like I was a bother to everyone because of how I looked.
