Hello! How are you? My name is Barbara Beatriz Pagaza Jurado, I am 56 years old and I am a doctor/therapist. I want to share with you my experience being part of this company, taking the YOR Health products, and especially reaching the weight I have now, 74 kg / 163.14 lbs! Everything has been a great adventure.

First of all, I want to tell you that I feel amazing after losing weight from 120 / 264.55 to 74 kg / 164.14 lbs! That’s 46 kg / 101.41 lbs! It is easy to say, but seeing them in the mirror, and especially on my health, it is very different!

It all began when I couldn’t walk well anymore, I needed the support of a cane because the pain on my knees (chronic) was too severe and I didn’t have any other choice but to lose weight. As a doctor, I had tried everything, diet plans, different nutritionists, different products, technics, etc., until my daughter invited me to try the YOR Repair in October 2012. This way I learned about the product and the company. A couple months later, after I noticed an improvement with this product, I decided to join completely.

January 2013 came and the 8-week Challenge was launched. It was then when the true journey began and so my transformation. The first things I saw were that my knees hurt less, I stopped using a cane, my clothes fit looser, and the moment came when I had to CHANGE, a complete turnaround because not only your image changes, but also how other people see you and treat you, the admiration, the surprise and the joy from the people who love me. Seeing me like this now, agile, without pain reflected on my face, and happy, it is sensational. Now I live very healthy and this makes me very happy. Ah! And I was also able to experience the YOR Health annual championship final and get the second place! It was an amazing and very exciting experience.

Finally, as far as my diet goes, it didn’t really change much since I was already having a healthy diet (I just wasn’t seeing it reflected on my weight before). So I just improved my nutrition and I complemented it with the products. The regimen I followed, and I currently follow, basically consists on taking the YOR Shake shake (chocolate because it is my favorite) for breakfast with YOR Fiber Plus, I always have my meals with a YOR Digest Ultra, and at night before bed I have YOR Probiotics and YOR Repair. Some days I also have a YOR Berry Blast when I need extra energy. Of course I also add healthy meals, fruits, vegetables, and protein.

In summary, I feel and I look amazing! I am very, very happy for being able to be part of the 100-Pound YOR Health Club because ever since my daughter told me about it, I decided it was going to be one of my goals, and here I am, fulfilling one more goal! I have a lot of happiness in my life.
