Biography
With the belief that the human body can heal itself under the right conditions, Dr. Zepf has spent many years in the field of alternative medicine. Her PhD in Natural Medicine, four Doctorates, and her double Board Certifications as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Master Herbalist have made her a more-than-qualified member of YOR Health’s Scientific Advisory Board.
At her private practice, Holistic Herbal Health, in Centennial, Colorado, Dr. Zepf uses herbs, homeopathic remedies, aromatic medicine therapy, botanicals, and more to help patients with pain, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, and other health issues. Because of Dr. Zepf’s approach to natural medicine, clients leave her clinic feeling enlightened, healthier, and more energetic with an overall greater sense of well-being.
Dr. Zepf is a Professor at IQUIM, International Quantum University of Integrative Medicine, where she teaches classes at the PhD level on alternative medicine topics and mentors PhD Candidates through their dissertations and research.
Additionally, Dr. Zepf is a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, a Therapeutic Touch Practitioner, and a Certified Massage Therapist.
Born and raised in Northern Ontario, Canada, Dr. Zepf is bilingual in English and French. She and her husband, Larry, have traveled to over 15 different countries, which has allowed them to see the world and meet wonderful people who have greatly enriched their lives.
