In the day, the splendor of Yosemite was breathtaking. As we explored the area, the more beauty we discovered. Landscapes stretched out like postcards and the vivid colors of nature were full of life. Being in such close proximity to Mother Nature and spending time with IRs from across the globe was a truly special experience. I also got the chance to live these moments with people from my own country as well, and we bonded as a team during the trip.

Yosemite is one of the best trips I have been on with YOR Health. It was amazing to connect with nature, myself, and the leaders. It was my first time ever going hiking, and it wasn't so much the hike itself but the people on the hike. Walking up the slopes of Yosemite with people like Michael, Cuz, Hector, and global leaders made the time fly by fast and when we got to the top there was a great feeling of how hardwork will bring you to peace and a new view of life. When evening time came we got into the core of the trip with Dennis. It was very memorable because we got to see Dennis for who is really is, what he is about, and his vision for YOR Health. We were some of the lucky ones attending the Annual Getaway to Yosemite, and even when experiencing the beautiful sites and the impressive encounter with nature that was something incredible. But, it’s nothing compared to the people we spent time with and all the things we learned from them.

We knew we were in the best company of the world, but we confirmed it on the trip even more. From talking to Mr. Dennis Wong, who shared his wisdom and philosophy, Michael Mo, whom we had the opportunity to spend more time with, we're grateful for his words and advice. And sharing quality time with the Blue Diamonds (even in a room) is something you can’t describe, you have to live it.

On the February 2011 event at Leon, when the Annual Getaway was announced, even though we got excited and we were dying to go, we saw it distant and we thought we were going to miss it. We had already qualified by May. When we were there, there was this impressive moment in which, we were all by the fire, and Dennis shared with us his vision for YOR Health in the upcoming years and we were all shocked and excited. At that moment, I whispered to Anelís: “From now on we need to make sure that we don't miss any single YOR Health event."

Yosemite was one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had with my partners and friends in YOR Health. Every time we have a company trip it somehow improves upon the last experience, and this trip was no different. Coming together with all of the leaders from the USA, Mexico, Europe, and across the world helps one understand that this truly is a global movement. It shows that we truly are doing something that can change the world. Of course, Yosemite itself was a beautiful location - with beautiful rivers, wildlife, waterfalls, and fun activities - but it was the people that I got to share those experiences with that made it all worthwhile. The experience in Yosemite was magical. The magnificent nature and the amazing energy of the team created a deep sense of unity. The evening sessions were really fun and having our Organizational meetings in a beautiful outdoor amphitheater with a campfire in the middle of the woods was unforgettable. I loved it! All in all, Yosemite was breathtaking. I was in God's playground with my best friends, some of whom I only see a couple times a year. I really loved the bike tour. First, we got lost. We couldn't even find the bikes... Imagine wondering around a zoo looking for some bikes. That was us! Once we found the bike station, two bearded gentlemen proceeded to show us how to sit on these especially tall bikes. There we were, all ages, getting on these goofy looking bikes that were elevated so high we felt like we were learning to ride for the first time. Suzy & Chris were cute, helping each other up. Of course, Johnny, Robbie and I were fighting to find the coolest looking bikes. The 15 of us road for about 30 seconds when somebody yelled, "Stop! Picture time!" That was the beginning of a little journey that would take us winding through the forest, climbing some steep slopes, coasting down shaded roads, over narrow bridges, alongside peaceful deer-filled meadows, and zipping by a couple coyotes. Yes, coyotes. We reached a straight stretch & I started peddling as fast as I could to really inhale Yosemite and all its glory. Right about then... The chain fell off my bike! I had so much energy that I just started running beside everybody while pushing my bike. After I had run for about a mile, Robbie intelligently suggested I just put the chain back on... To my surprise, it took about 2 seconds to fix. We all just started laughing. This bike trip reminded me of one of the reasons I got started in YORHealth... To be worry-free and have some fun! Mission Accomplished!
