The Company is making a
HUGE EXCEPTION by allowing anybody that achieves the Rank of
Diamond to share in the
2.5% Leadership Bonus Pool and experience the benefits of our Blue Diamond and above Distributors, for the first six months of 2010.
To
qualify for this Leadership Bonus exception, you must achieve a "Paid As" Rank of Diamond (10,000 Match Points) or above at least once by January 1, 2010.
To
earn the Leadership Bonus, you must be an active and qualified Independent Representative with at least 200 PV on Autoship, and you must achieve a "Paid As" Rank of Diamond or above for each week between January 1, 2010 - June 31, 2010.
For any week you are not active, qualified or do not achieve a "Paid As" Rank of Diamond or above, you will not earn a Leadership Bonus. You may resume earning a Leadership Bonus once you have become an active and qualified Independent Representative with a "Paid As" Rank of Diamond or above.
After June 30, 2010, all Leadership Bonus exceptions will be revoked. At this point you must be a Blue Diamond or above to qualify and earn a Leadership Bonus as stated in the YOR Health Compensation Plan.
