Toned and in Control!!!
I struggled with my gut and extra weight going to the wrong places for a few years. As I got older I began to eat even worse and the majority of my weight went to my gut, waistline, neck and face. I could cover it with my clothes, but I knew, and that’s the part that killed me inside. The most frustrating thing was that I felt like I was not in control and had no real answers. I tried different things, such as the Chicken and broccoli diet, but once I lost the weight, the minute I put carbs in my stomach, it went right back to the wrong places x10.
