I've always been able to peak for a big race, though my weakness has been consistency. I would put my body through so much stress leading up to a big event that within three weeks from the event my body would get tired, I would lose power and consistency in training, resulting in average race results. I wasn’t able to properly recover between big events.
After using the products for over 6 months, I’m now lighter than I was for the Athens Olympics, feel more energetic and have consistent training which is clearly evident through my recent race results. I’ve already secured the USA West Coast Series Title and I’m just off the lead in the USA National Series Title with five races remaining.
