Our office will be closed for Christmas on Monday 12/23/13, Tuesday 12/24/13, Wednesday 12/25/13 and New Years Wednesday 1/1/14 with the exception of Customer Care and the Fulfillment Center remaining open, but with limited hours.
Please note their department hours of operation during these days:
Customer Care will be open on Saturday 12/21 and Tuesday 12/24 from 7:30am-3:30pm PST.
The Fulfillment Center will be open for part of the day on Monday 12/23 and Tuesday 12/24 to send out any orders received.
Please continue to email us if there are any urgent requests. Someone will get back to you within a timely manner.
As for commission checks, we will do our best to process all commission payments by Friday 12/27 (Monday 12/30 the latest). If you have any questions, please contact Customer Care. Thank you.
