Hello, my name is Soraya. Some of you do not know me but maybe you know my husband. He is Mexican actor, singer and song writer, Agustin Arana. I worked in the Fashion World for approximately 12 years. I had a successful career, thank God. A lot of people probably imagined, a couple of years ago, that we had a very comfortable life, with a lot of success. But the reality, and what many people didn´t know, was that down deep inside of me, lived a little girl, with a lot of pain and deficiencies.

Hi. My name is Andres Ospina. I was born and raised in Connecticut. For the most part I was a pretty average student, pretty average athlete, pretty average kid overall growing up. I never really excelled much in a lot of things I did, but growing up what I did have was amazing loving parents.

Hello. My name is Concepcion Aguillón. During my childhood we lived times of scarcity. Not only financially, but also in terms of not having our parents around. My dad left home to go to work at 4am He would return at 8 pm, eat dinner, and go to bed. On the other hand, my mother worked very hard too. She had double shift as a schoolteacher. My mom always said that to have a good future, we had to have a good education. And they would work very hard so we could be in good schools…

I’m Cristina Treviño. I am 56 years old. I come from a family in which being a woman meant being nothing. Regardless, ever since I was little I wanted something different. And I started the journey of owning my own life. I am an Orthodontist. I have a private practice and I teach in College.

Cindy: My parents came from a third world country. We thought we would have everything when we moved to California. But instead, we found challenge. We didn't have much, so my parents worked really hard to support us. I never saw them, and it made me believe that money was everything. Eventually we were able to move to Mississippi where we were able to open a grocery store. And I knew that they love me very much. Because of the 7 children, they named it after me, Cindy's Food Market.
Dan: I was born and raised in a farm town here in Ohio. My town had four bars and three stoplights. Growing up in a small town like that, everything was wrapped around in sports and athletics. I played football and basketball. And with working very hard and thought that sports were going to take me somewhere in life.

Jose Luis and I are a couple who got married very much in love as any couple. We had a lot of hope, all the expectations of having a happy marriage. He had a very prosperous business, but in his work he traveled a lot and that distanced us a lot. We did not see each other often, I felt very alone and that made me feel anguished all the time. And then along came a time of very difficult financial situations that brought even more stress into our marriage.

Hello my name is Marcela Jotar. I am 26 years old and I am a graphic designer. I grew up In Huejutla, a province in the state of Hidalgo, and I come from a family of divorced parents, where through their example they taught me hard work and always going the extra mile. I have 2 younger brothers and we grew up watching our parents work hard to always give us the best, what we needed so we never lacked anything but on that journey they were what was missing.

Welcome to Puerto Rico! I´m Miguel Santo Domingo… YOR Health´s Blue Diamond. I come from a middle class family. I´m an only child from a single mother, who raised me with the philosophy and conviction, that… you have to respect women. When I was about 15-16 years old, I had the opportunity to sell women’s products. My Mom worked as an attorney in a mortgage bank and there were many, many women that I sold my products to. It was ok, but not what I really wanted.

My name is Pablo Salas. I have a sister 3 years older than me. My dad is a doctor, OB/GYN, my mom is a housewife. When we were little my father was starting his career. The truth is we had many financial problems, things were not going well. Dad could barely pay the bills. When my dad started to take off a bit financially, their priority was to give us a better education. And they thought our children have to go to a good school. So we started going to private school and I was very excited about the idea because I knew at that school education would be better. They had workshops; there were extracurricular activities that got me very excited. But I realized that the students were different. I didn’t have the same lifestyle as them. They wore nice clothes, expensive clothes. I was used to wearing the same uniform every day.

Hello. I'm Polo Urdiales, and I come from a very average family, very traditional that had everything we needed, thank God. Yet , here was never something extra. From a very young age my dad told me, study hard, work hard, be a very good person and you'll do well in life. Hi. I’m Ane, and like Polo, I come from a very loving family, with many values. Thank God my parents were always there to support me. They’ve always been with me. The two of us went to a very good high school and college in Monterrey, then we started our working lives. I started as an intern at an advertising and marketing agency. I was moving up, I was making money and after 6 years, even though I had the commitment and responsibility of a director, I did not have the position or the salary.

We really have a very similar life. We were both born and raised in Obregon, Sonora Mexico, in a very nice family, full of love. Our parents always tried to give us the best and to instill in us very good values. We were high school sweethearts. We went to the same College. We even have the same major. We are both CPAs. We got married and God blessed us with three boys, who really are our greatest treasure.

Agustin shares with us some of his life experiences and how he came to be a part of the YOR Health family. Agustin also explains how he felt before starting the YOR Health product line, and the amazing difference he feels now that he takes them regularly.

With over 20 years in the entertainment industry, extensive barely begins to describe the career of Agustin Arana. Agustin started his career as a professional model from 1989 – 1995. He was the face of several advertising campaigns such as Levi's Fuel Security, Liverpool, and High Life to name a few.

Watch the video that kicked off this year’s Annual Conference. This video was inspired by the event theme of “Personal Triumph”, and served as the starting point for the Saturday morning lineup of featured presenters; which included, DSA President Joe Mariano, and Congresswoman Judy Chu.
