Aloha Diamonds!
After our Annual Conference in Anaheim it’s time to take part in the Diamond Getaway to Maui! We will be flying direct to Maui late afternoon on August 29th from Los Angeles into Kahului Airport. Once we arrive in Maui we will have transportation available to our hotel located in the premier resort area of the island called Wailea. Wailea has amazing weather, exclusive resorts that line its phenomenal beaches, clear waters and incredible views. Many of the best beaches on the island are found in this area of South Maui.
Maui is the undisputed playground of Hawaii, so we will have 3 nights and 3 days of activities & scenery available to us to make our heads spin. Kayak and snorkel with wildlife, hike in pristine rain forests, play under waterfalls, coast a bike 10,000 feet down a volcano, lie back on the beach, soar over towering trees through Maui’s natural beauty on 5 amazing zip lines, sip a drink as the sun sets over nearby islands or shop till you drop. Pick your fantasy; name your dream; we will be covering activities that you will remember forever.
We also plan, of course, to eat some wonderful meals. Maui’s local cuisine combines Hawaiian, American, Japanese, Chinese, Filipino and several other types and is enjoyed by locals and travelers alike. We will have a formal dinner, a causal dinner, and will hit one of the best Luaus in South Maui. The Luau is a highly entertaining show with cirque-type elements that has fantastic fire-knife dancers as well. For lunch we will hit various healthy spots and try fresh fish, mahi-mahi, tiger prawns, baked clams, lobster tail, calamari, crab legs and maybe even some of the local shaved ice for dessert! The choices are unlimited and we will hunt down the best!
We will be leaving Maui on Sept. 1st in the evening arriving back in Los Angeles early Thursday morning. This departure time will give us a full day on Wednesday to enjoy the wonderful sights and activities the island has to offer. Maui is a huge playground, so make sure you qualify to join the Diamonds and savor all the flavors of the island and have an experience you will never forget!
Rules:
To qualify for the Diamond Getaway to Maui you must meet the following requirements between February 12, 2010 at 5:00 pm (PST) –July 16, 2010 at 11:59 pm (PST):
Generate 10,000 Match Points, 2 weeks in a row.
The more times you are able to accomplish these requirements, the better the award package you will receive.
1 Time - The Company will pay 50% of trip costs.*
2 Times – The Company will pay 100% of trip costs.*
3 Times –The Company will pay 100% of trip costs* plus the Company will cover roundtrip airfare from qualifier's home city to the Annual Conference in Anaheim, CA.
(Qualifiers are responsible to book their own flights from his/her home city to Anaheim, CA, and submit their flight confirmation to the Corporate Office. A reimbursement check up to $500 will be issued upon receipt.)
*Trip costs include:
- Round trip airfare from Southern California to Hawaii
- Hotel accommodations for the duration of the Diamond Getaway (includes cost of room only, qualifier is responsible for any incidentals)
- Lunch and dinner each day for the duration of the Diamond Getaway
- Pre-arranged excursions and activities
Only One Person per IR account may qualify for the Diamond Getaway to Maui.
Each qualifier is allowed to bring 1 guest. Guest is responsible for his/her airfare, hotel accommodations, all meals, excursions, and activities.
Only the Top 30 Diamonds and above will be awarded.
- The Top 30 will be determined in priority of how many times the qualifiers repeat the requirements of generating 10,000 match points, 2 weeks in a row.
- Tie breaker will be determined by the most match points generated during the duration of the contest
All qualifiers are scheduled to depart Sunday, August 29, 2010 (the day after the Annual Conference) and arrive back in Los Angeles on September 2, 2010.
