Who can join YOR Rewards?
You, your customers, your Personally Sponsored People – in short, EVERYONE! There is no reason NOT to join YOR Rewards.
How do I join YOR Rewards?
It’s easy!
NEW Customers/Promoters:
When you enroll as a new Customer or Promoter, you have the option to enroll in YOR Rewards. Your starting YOR Rewards membership level is based on the dollar amount of your enrollment order. To receive points for your enrollment order, make sure to set up an AutoShip within one (1) hour of enrolling.
Existing Customers/Promoters:
Simply log into your account, select “Overview” from the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner, and click on “My Autoship Orders.” Set up an Autoship order of $25 or more and once it successfully bills, you’re in! Your first AutoShip does not generate points, but it does contribute towards your “Accumulated Consecutive Autoship” or ACA.
What are the benefits?
YOR Rewards benefits vary by YOR Rewards Level and increase as you maintain consecutive Autoships. See the Rewards Chart for full details.
Just how “exclusive” are we talking about?
Depending on your Rewards Level, you’ll enjoy member-only gifts such as notebooks, sweatbands, backpacks, magnets and more. You can’t get these items anywhere else!
How do I get to Elite+?
Rewards Levels are determined by a value called “Accumulated Consecutive Autoship” or ACA for short. Your initial order that starts your YOR Rewards determines your starting membership status and ACA amount. In order to maintain your Rewards Level, and continue to increase your ACA, you will simply need to have an AutoShip order of $25 or more (after discounts and before tax and shipping) that successfully bills every 28 days. Reach a total of $1000 in ACA, and you’ve hit Elite Plus!
Does my Rewards Level drop if I lower the total cost of my monthly Autoship?
As long as you maintain an AutoShip every 28 days of $25 or more, you maintain your Rewards Level. (Important Note: $25 before taxes, shipping)
When do I get rewarded?
NEW Customers/Promoters:
You will start earning points on your very first order. This order determines the Rewards Level you start at. To receive points for your enrollment order, make sure to set up an AutoShip within one (1) hour of enrolling.
Existing Customers/Promoters:
Joining YOR Rewards for the first time, you will start at Premier Level. Your first AutoShip does not generate points, but it does contribute towards your ACA.
Do Rewards Points expire?
Rewards Points expire 12 months after they are issued.
How do I redeem my points?
Look for the YOR Rewards star next to eligible products and simply place an order through our Online Store at any time. You will be prompted to redeem points during step 3 of the checkout process. Check the box next to the products that you would like to pay for with rewards points, and check out. It is really that simple!
How many items can I redeem points for in an order?
As many products you can cover in full with Rewards Points!
How is tax and shipping calculated when I redeem Rewards Points?
Products that are purchased using YOR Rewards Points will not be taxed. Taxes will be collected for any additional items in the order that are not paid for with YOR Rewards Points. YOR Rewards Points cannot be used to pay for shipping and handling at this time.
Can I use points to pay for shipping?
This feature is not available, but may be in the future.
How do I know my total number of Rewards Points?
You can view your rewards in YOR Office, your Account Overview or in Manage AutoShip.

You can view your rewards in YOR Office, your Account Overview or in Manage AutoShip.
I accidentally opted out of YOR Rewards.
To ensure the best possible service you should contact Customer Care, and they will be able to assist you in getting set up on YOR Rewards again.
Cancelling my YOR Rewards. Can I re-enroll at a later date?
You can cancel and re-enroll anytime, however, you will lose out on your Rewards Level and any points accumulated.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Rewards Points are non-transferable.
