Down 48 pounds and loving it!
I grew up in Ecuador and all the food I had was always natural and organic. I ate very often and I was in good shape, weighing 180 pounds. Then I moved to New York with the same eating habits, little did I realize that the majority of the food wasn’t natural and organic and I didn’t realize how rapidly my body and my face changed because of my diet. In the course of 6 months I gained 70 pounds bringing me to a dismal weight of 250 lbs. When I looked in the mirror I did not recognize who I saw anymore. Because of the weight I have gained, one of the most meaningful relationships I had, at the time, came to an end. Her friends convinced her that she could do better and because of this I found it hard to look at my friends and loved ones in the eye. I noticed that people in general and specially girls wouldn’t talk to me.

I didn’t believe YOR Health would change my life. I had tried exercising, eating only twice a day, then just once a day, then maybe not eating for a day, eating only vegetables, the Atkins diet, the lemonade diet. I had also tried products that you find at any store, for example Ripped Fuel, but I felt like I was about to have a heart attack. All of these served me only to be able to achieve minimum results (only losing 15 pounds in 7 months). I felt I was doomed to be in the body I had unconsciously created.

When I was introduced to YOR Health I was skeptical, as if it was a fairy tale. But I made an agreement to myself that I would just try it. What happened over the last couple of weeks I can barely believe. I took one MRP in the morning and then one in the evening. I also took 3 CompleteBurns through out the day and had a good healthy lunch. Of course I made sure I had my Essential Vitamins too. And at my data entry job I definitely didn’t have time to workout or to go to the gym.

Over the next 8 weeks I was astounded at the results. From waist size 40 I went to 34. I ended up losing 40 pounds without having to starve myself, without a personal trainer or working out religiously. Now I feel even better than ever. I feel really energized and full of life. Now I get lots of compliments everywhere I go and I can go to the clothing store anytime and try anything I want with confidence. I don’t feel bad about the girl that left anymore because now, with this astounding health improvements, I feel confident to go and talk to any girl I want to.
