50 lbs down and in control of my health!
Before YOR Health came into my life, I was very overweight, clinically obese. I weighed 262 lbs and squeezed into a size 42 waist. I wasn’t ever really too down on myself about my weight, but it always seemed to get to me at the end of the day. Every couple months I would have to get new shorts because the inner thighs of them would rub so much from my thighs rubbing together that it would put a hole in them. I shopped at American Eagle like all of my other friends and got their biggest size, 38. I would rip off the button and move it over so that I could fit the shorts on. Jeans were even worse- I would get a 38, wear them to bed the day before so that they would stretch for the next day for me to wear them. I would tell myself that all of this was okay because I never got feedback from any of my friends. All of my friends were always in shape, could be athletic if they needed to be and ate horribly everyday. I copied these same eating habits but gained weight. As I got older I gained more and more weight. After reaching the highest weight my body had ever seen, I weighed about 270lbs. I decided to make a change.

I started dieting, but had no clue what I was doing and quit a few days later. Then I starting running with one of my friends; I could only run 4 minutes before I would be close to passing out. I ran for a week, saw zero results, and again quit. I really thought that I was going to be overweight for the rest of my life. The 2 weeks before I was introduced to the YOR Health product line, I was deeply depressed; I had to come to an agreement with myself that my weight would be an issue my whole life. I was about 75 lbs over weight and even wondered if I would fit into the weight bracket to qualify for weight loss surgery.

Then I was introduced to the YOR Health product line. Initially, I was skeptical. I had taken products from GNC before that did nothing for me. But I was still going to give it a try because my friend was doing it and I had nothing to lose. At least I thought I had nothing to lose. After taking the product line religiously I started seeing results within my first week: 6 lbs down. After 3 weeks, 14 lbs. After 2 months, I was down 21 lbs. I didn’t actually notice I was losing weight until people started telling me that I was looking thinner and thinner every time they saw me. I thought that they were just being nice to me until I jumped on the scale to weigh myself.

I take YOR MRP for breakfast and lunch, CompleteBurn in morning and afternoon and I eat a regular dinner. I also take the Probiotics every morning and night, the YOR 2 Digestive Enzymes with each meal, and Repair 3 times a day. I try to work out everyday for about 40 minutes. My total weight loss up to date is 50 lbs. I have gone down to a 36 waist and I am down from 35% body fat to 19.2%. I love the way I look now, and I love being able for the first time in my life to control whether my weight goes up or down or a put on muscle or not. I can look in the mirror and not be completely disgusted with myself and just hate myself. I am not quite where I want to be yet; I am about 25 lbs from my goal weight and excited to see how I look when I am there. I owe my life to YOR Health.
