Its Only The Beginning
As a child I was always full of energy and extremely skinny. In fact, I was usually 20-30 pounds under weight! At the age of 11 years old, someone close to me said if I get fat I will die faster. I believed it because she herself was over weight. So I began to starve myself in an effort to remain skinny. Despite my attempts, I still began to slowly gain weight.

At first I figured it was because I was growing, so like every teen boy I began to exercise my muscles. After practically killing myself with sit ups, push ups, running, and many other exercises, I was very disappointed. I didn't develop much muscle and my body was flabby. At the age of 19 I began working for a fast food restaurant.

I totally lost track of my health and after 3 years I gained 26 pounds! I was scared! My energy came from coffee, I had headaches almost every day, my hands would shake every time I was hungry, I was looking older than my age, and I would get dizzy out of nowhere. I didn't know what to do.
