14 lbs of Muscle
For many people, losing weight is a problem, but I’m the complete opposite. I’ve been trying to gain weight all my life, more specifically since high school. At that point I was just naturally skinny. One of the physicians at my school notified me that I was 20lbs under my weight according to my height which was 5’11”.

Throughout college at UCONN, I succeeded doing just that. However the weight that I gained there wasn’t the healthy weight. At UCONN the cafeteria was open 24/7, allowing students to just swipe there ID card and eat away, which I did. Always after the 1 A.M. hour I pigged out on the eating; it was easy access. Due to all the intake of bad food, I put on 20 lbs of fat. I was going to the gym, but all the junk food that I ate wouldn’t allow me to gain any muscle mass. I gained the weight alright, however I constantly felt tired, and sleepy. It was hard to focus to be able to study and do homework. I hate drinking coffee, but I was force to drink coffee or energy drinks to have more energy, which made it even worse. I spend roughly $40 a weeks on coffee and energy drinks at school.

When I first heard about the company moving into Health and Wellness I was skeptical. Prior to YOR Health I never used dietary supplements. My mom always told me that they were not good for the body. The 2 products that I used are the MRP and the EV. Everyone who works out knows that it’s easy to gain weight, but it’s hard to gain muscle mass. Thanks to the Meal Replacement shake, I gained 14 lbs of solid muscle mass. I used the MRP twice a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I also work out for 1.5 hours three times a week. The muscle mass that I gain was the healthy weight that I’ve been looking for. I feel strong, I have more energy, I haven’t used any caffeine or energy drinks in 2 months now.

The EV helped clear up my skin on my back, and also helps with my eye sight. I worked a full time job, and out of the 8 hours day work I spend 7 hours on the computer, and recently I noticed a decline in my vision. I noticed the change when I drive at night; I used to have a hard time reading street signs, but today I can see them a lot clearer. Not only do I save money from coffee and energy drinks, but more importantly I have a lot more energy, I look better, and feel better.

I never expected to get the results I got from using the products, but seeing the results is half the story, feeling it is the total package. I used to work out for a few weeks and give up because of lack of motivation from not having the results that I desired, however YOR Health has given me the results that I’ve been looking for and in turn kept me focused. Today I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to YOR Health.
