Bye Bye Freshman 30!!!
Well, growing up I was a decent weight my entire childhood up through high school. I may have had a little extra baggage but nothing that would be considered a real problem. I was always active playing baseball, running track or touch football with my friends on my block. But going to college totally changed everything for me.

In school, I was eating my regular 3 meals a day, but they were 3 CAFETERIA MEALS a day. I also lost a lot of my physical activity due to my involvement in academics, numerous clubs and my fraternity. On top of that, you get hungry during those all nighters so Taco Bell, Wendy's and I became real close. At the end of May '08 I was 227 lbs; I would look at my Facebook pictures from freshman year and sigh at what I used to look like.

So right before I came back to NY from school I heard that we just launched our new YOR Health line, and I was hyped. I already planned on losing at least 10lbs but I got a lot more! I started using the MRP 2x's a day and took the CompleteBurn and Essential Vitamins with each meal. In my 1st two weeks I’d lost 16lbs and I was in shock because it was so easy & happened so fast. So I took a picture at 211 lbs. I stuck with the same routine and now I’m down total of 31lbs.

I no longer catch the dreaded "ITIS" after each meal and now I’m looking for a new suit jacket because I fall out of the old one. YOR HEALTH has helped me get rid of the plague called the "FRESHAMN 30." THANX!!!
