Caffeine Free and Full of Energy!
Prior to being introduced to the YOR Health line, a lot of people would have judged me to be healthy based on my small physique (being only 5’2” and 108 pounds). However, looking closer on the inside, my health was not in the best condition because of my poor eating habits. During my college years, I was found being constantly exhausted because of the typical instant noodle for dinner and late night wings and fries diet throughout long nights of studying.

As my schedule got busier with an aggressive school curriculum and work schedule, I found myself falling asleep at odd hours. As I entered the office world in the real-life of midtown Manhattan, my quick and budget-friendly instant noodles and pizza turned into corner Halal dishes and quick fast foods. My exhaustion had gotten so bad that my friends would imitate me dozing off with my mouth gaping open and tease me asking, “It’s 8PM and I look like this…Who am I?”

As a quick-fix to my tiredness my best friends became coffee, lattes, and energy drinks. My energy would rely on 3-5 of these a day, another one after the each crash to survive the next few hours. In May of 2008, I was introduced to the YOR Health line; that is when things began changing for me.

At first, I was skeptical because overtime I just became used to the caffeine crashes. So I thought I was up to par with being healthy by just being petite in size. When I began taking the product line, the MRP is what stood out to me at first. As I began replacing my usual breakfast (a bagel and cream cheese with coffee or lattes on the sleepless nights) with a vanilla MRP and a scoop of SuperGreens, I found my exhaustion slowly disappearing. Using the MRP and SuperGreens with my diet began to decrease my cravings for fast foods, especially fried foods, and helped me to get into a better diet.

Over time, taking the Essential Vitamins along with my regimen began giving me the energy that I had long forgotten I could have! I no longer knocked out on my desk at my office job, I was alert until late hours.

It has been since May of 2008 that I relied on coffee and energy drinks to be awake. Nowadays will you rarely find me with a cup of “Joe” or a shiny, tall can in my hand. I haven’t felt this alive since being young and I thank YOR Health for helping me to regain my health!
