Family Compromise
My new year’s resolution would always be to lose weight, but it never turned out that way. Finally, six months ago, in May 2008, I was getting tired of being known as the overweight guy. So I told myself this was THE year for me to lose weight and get the confidence I have always wanted. Like a lot of people out there, I had an overwhelming schedule. My wife is from Vietnam and I have 2 biological children and 4 foster children. I have a full-time job and 1 part-time job and my wife runs a daycare in our home. I did not want to be a slave to the gym, but I felt there was just no other choice. I began working out at the gym constantly day after day for about 1-2 hours per day. My goal was to lose 50 pounds. After six months of hitting the gym and stricking to a strict diet, I was able to lose 35. I used to eat three salads a day, no soda, no rice, no carbs, no nothing. But who really wants to eat like that and live at the gym? I did not want my life to be put in the back burner.

YOR Health became a solution to my busy life. I started taking the CompleteBurn, the Meal Replacement, and the Essential Vitamin. I cut down a few days at the gym and I’m finally able to eat!!! Through the products, I was able to gain more free time and I lost 5 pounds already! The 35 pounds I lost earlier took so much more work and time to lose than the 5 pounds I lost in a week.

YOR Health has products for everyone and not only did I lose weight and gain energy, but after seeing my results, my wife became a distributor and my mom is now a customer.

When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
