What A Burn!
I cannot remember a time I was thin or a time I felt good about myself. The more I gained weight the lower my self-esteem and my confidence diminished. In my family I was the only girl that was over weight and made me more depressed to be the only one. I tried every diet and every dietary supplement in the market to help me lose weight and gain some confidence but they never worked for me. I was in the brink of giving up and let myself become more and more overweight. It wasn't until I came across the YOR Health products. The products gave me a little more hope even before I tried.
Once the products came to my house I got started and what happened that week changed my life. I lost 8lbs, gained energy and felt great which never happened to me before. The MRP and the complete burn gave me new life, literally. I replaced my breakfast with a vanilla MRP to start my morning and took 2 complete burns to energize me. My lunch became smaller with the help of the Complete Burn and I realized I didn't have to give up my regular food, but learn to moderate. I began to see myself lose more of me in the unwanted areas and I was able to stay awake the whole day without coffee. Today, after 8 months with the YOR Health products, I'm proud to say I'm 46lbs lighter from 226lbs to 180lbs and down 3 pants size from a 20 to 12.

When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight.
Individual results may vary.
