Feeling Good About Myself!!
I grew up taking care of myself physically. When my significant other gave me the unexpected news that she was pregnant, I did not have any other choice but to start working a lot more. During this period of time, I didn't have much time to work out and I ate very poorly. As time went on, I saw myself putting on more weight. My energy level would never be at its best because of the food I ate and lack of exercise.

I was introduced to the YOR Health products back May 2008; I was approximately 238lbs around this time. I was suggested to try the MRP because it was low on calories and it had no sugar. I have two MRP shakes per day and within the first week of using the products, I notice the difference. I lost 6 lbs and I noticed my energy was a lot better. Within 2 months, I was able to lose 15 lbs. I was very excited because I then started to notice my six-pack starting to show a little; I never had abs even if I tried to. Today, I feel a lot more confident about how I look and feel. I have a lost a total of 26 lbs.
