Looking Great, Feeling Even Better
I have played sports my whole life, especially football. I wanted to take my career to the pro-level until my dreams were shattered my Junior year of High School when I took a blow to my left knee. I had reconstructive surgery, which is supposed to heal it back to normal. Unfortunately, the pain in my knee from the surgery was brutal and it started slowing down my workouts and even caused me to leave the game of football because of the pain. Slowly forgetting about my past football career I dove into corporate America doing telephone sales behind a desk for 9-12 hours a day which put me in a depression and put my body at idle. Although I no longer worked out, I still had the exact same eating habits from my football career, which caused my muscles to start turning into fat. I felt washed up and my body was washing away, like Al Bundy from “Married with Children.”

Luckily I was able to start using YOR Health products since the day it launched. I began at 192 lbs and after 4 months I have brought my weight down to 175 lbs. I feel great, I am gaining back my athletic figure without any working out except a few pushups 3 days a week. It’s simple, for breakfast I have a shake with orange juice and 2 scoops of Vanilla, a CompleteBurn and 2 Essential Vitamins.
