Hi, my name is Ben Wilson and I live in Cincinnati,Ohio. Before using the YOR Health products I used to frequently fall asleep pretty much everywhere. A lot of my friends and family would make fun of me, saying “Yo Ben, don’t fall asleep right here!”

They thought that it was a joke, but it was not funny to me inside. I decided to look for ways to increase my energy so I was not falling asleep. I tried getting more sleep, but I felt even more tired. I tried white chocolate drinks, which I liked the taste, but they made me even more tired.

After running in to a friend who introduced me to the YOR Health enzyme line, he explained to me why I was so tired. He told me to try and take 1 with each meal, and if it’s a bigger meal take two. So today I take the YOR 1 enzyme capsules 3 to 5 times a day. Now I have more energy, I feel more focused throughout the day, and use the bathroom more regularly.
