I Finally Got It
When I first heard that our company was going to sell health products and I learned about our products and their ingredients, I just couldn’t wait to use them. I’ve tried diets like the Atkins diet and the Lemonade diet before, looking for effective ways to lose weight. These diets worked for the duration that I needed to use them, but I would find myself right where I started, with all my weight back. Before YOR Health, I felt very uncomfortable about my body. I went through a period of just feeling depressed because I was not happy with how I looked and felt about my body. I was always tired and falling asleep everywhere I went, regardless of the amount of sleep I had the night before. My stomach always felt bloated and my body was fatigued. In the morning when getting ready for work, looking in the mirror was so uncomfortable for me. I would stand in front of the mirror looking at what my body had developed into. All I would see was the different shape my body was with fat and cellulite. I also suffer from varicose veins that develop in the back of my leg. I would occasionally notice the dark green and purple veins on my legs, but I never thought it would become as noticeable and spread as much as it did after I gained so much weight and didn’t keep up good eating habits. I did anything I could to hide my legs and excess weight. I saw that I had reached 150 lbs. and for a short girl like me (only 5’2”) it didn’t look good. I thought to myself, “there’s one thing about being sexy and curvaceous, but it’s a whole other story when you cannot fit into your clothes anymore and have to keep buying bigger sizes”. Trust me; all that cellulite is not cute at all.

I’ve been using the health products for 2 months now. In the first 2 weeks, I lost 8 lbs and I was so excited to see the improvements. What was more surprising to me was that unlike other meal replacements that I’ve tried, I didn’t feel hungry after drinking it and I was satisfied with just my MRP and a banana. I didn’t feel the bloated after-effect as I would from eating a bagel nor was I searching to fill the hunger pains from drinking an Ensure. I started off with having my MRP in my favorite flavor, chocolate, for breakfast with a banana. At lunch I would usually have a salad or a well balanced lunch with my portioned carbs and protein. Then I would have snacks in between my meals and another MRP shake for dinner. I noticed that with taking the CompleteBurn, I have a lot more natural energy without all the jitters from an energy drink. Waking up in the morning was much easier and I can last longer during my exercises. I was much more alert at work and didn’t have to run to a coffee pot 2-3 times a days anymore. My cup of coffee every morning used to be a 16oz, Monster Mean Bean coffee energy drink and another cup of coffee from Starbucks after work.

So now here I am 2 months later and 20 lbs lighter. Of course going from a size 9 to a size 6 in pants has me feeling much happier at what I see in the mirror. I know that I have a lot more work to do, but I’m glad that I took my health seriously and joined the YOR Health eating plan. I have gotten much more consistent results and have developed a healthy lifestyle that I want to carry on. Thank You YOR!
