Seriously, good morning!
I used to think that as a college student it was normal to be exhausted all the time. To be exhausted when you wake up, to be exhausted through class, and then to be exhausted when you get home. Especially if you were a full-time student with a job, all the more reason to be so tired! Thanks to YOR Health, now I know that does not have to be the case!

Before, when my alarm went off, I used to constantly hit the snooze button for “just five more minutes” of rest. By the time I got out of bed it would be half an hour later, I would hardly have time to eat breakfast and I would get to class late. A few times I would turn the alarm off, say to myself “I’m getting up” and then fall right back to sleep. Eventually it got to the point where I would trick myself by setting the alarm time twenty to forty minutes earlier, so I could at least wake up around the time I intended. I even started drinking coffee, taking little naps throughout the day, snacking on sugar packets, sipping energy drinks, but I never got any long term results.
