Change Before It Was Too Late
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I come from a West Indian family, where they love to cook. I was skinny when I was younger, now that I am in my late 20’s and heavier, my body needs to change fast or I would just be another statistic in society; I realized I have to make a change before it’s too late. I had no idea how I was gong to make this dramatic change for a better lifestyle; both mentally and physically. I tried hydroxy-cut but that did not work, I tried a product called HD extreme, and several other vitamins and minerals that I lacked from my foods, but that did not work.

The launch of YOR Health would be the turning point in my life it was my chance to make that significant difference that would change my life and the lives of those that touch my heart. The YOR Health line has given me the chance to be healthy and more energetic. The direction in which I was headed would have been disastrous if I had continued with my bad eating habits.

I went to the gym; I lost the weight, with a personal trainer, and changed my eating habits for that period of time, but after a time I lost interest and started back to my old eating habits, and gained the weight back. The foods I ate were good to some point, but I never realized how much my body lacked certain nutrients that I was not getting in my daily foods. I tried several products to compensate for the lack of nutrients that I needed, but none seemed to work. The one that truly worked for me was the YOR Health line; the MRP, the CompleteBurn, and the Essential Vitamin. It’s worked so well for me that my coworkers began to see the changes. Now my sister and several other coworkers are seeing the change in me and currently wanting to know my secret, it’s as if I found the fountain of youth, but instead it’s the YOR Health line which has given me a chance to change my lifestyle before it was too late.

Since the health and nutrition line launched I was able to lose 20 lbs and 4inches off my waist line; a size 40 to size 36. In the first 2 weeks I lost a total of 10 1bs, in the next two weeks I lost 10 more lbs. I used the MRP at least twice a day, breakfast and either lunch or dinner depending on the time of day. I also take 2 CompleteBurns in the morning and another 1 in the afternoon along with the recommended 6 Essential Vitamins everyday.

I’m still not at my ideal weight but, I am glad that I am now able to fit large size shirts not X-Large any more. I don’t intend to go back to that size ever again. My family and friends have seen the changes in me and are starting to believe in me and understand the reason why I am in YOR. I am now able to hold my head up high and not worry about my weight, I now get second looks from girls and feel healthier than ever.
