One Step at a Time…
For many years I have been fighting a battle within. It all started when I was in middle school when I really paid more attention to my body and physical appearance. I saw how the media displayed celebrities and even my interaction with friends affected the way I viewed myself. If you saw me before you would not think I was overweight or fat, however, internally I felt very unconfident and insecure. When I reached 138lbs., I felt terrible! I got to the point where I felt like I was really losing myself. Just the feeling I would get when I started to walk made my legs and whole body feel so heavy. For a long time, every time I sat down I tried to hold my stomach in, preventing it from hanging over my pants. I would say that was the most torture of all!! I tried to change my diet and the way that I ate and also tried to work out, but I could never get rid of the weight. I saw how this feeling and overall being that I had become affected my lifestyle. What was outwardly fairly attractive became an inward disaster.

When YOR started to spread the word about launching a line of health and nutritional products I gave myself hope. The first product that I tried was the YOR MRP and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! I tried a few protein / meal replacement type of drinks before and didn't care for them, but when I tasted the MRP, I was excited! I finally found something that I could enjoy drinking that would not only help me to become healthier, but also aid in weight loss. Now that I have started to use YOR Health products more consistently, I am now down to 125lbs., that's 13lbs. from my original weight!!!!! I still plan to lose more weight, however I'm looking to tone up my body, and now that I have YOR Health products in my life, I'm motivated to go to the gym to accomplish my goal! I know that all it takes is one step at a time to really start feeling and looking better. I really want to thank YOR for helping me to gain more confidence in myself and to really make some changes in my life!!!! ... I LOVE YOR!!!! =D
