Truly the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. In my family everyone is pretty much a couch potato. In the past all I did was play video games and without eating the right foods, it caught up to me. All my life I was considered skinny, but once I reached college my luck began to run out. I started to gain weight and it showed; once a skinny kid, now an atrocity. I have now developed love handles, a double chin, and it just really affected my confidence. I was ashamed to take off my shirt at the beach; if I went to a pool or lake I always insisted on going with my shirt on. I was so insecure that I walked around everywhere for years with my gut sucked in and tried to build confidence by insuring that I was "A Sexy Beast". But in reality I couldn't be farther from that.

I wasn't morbidly overweight, but I was overweight at the beginning of the launch of YOR Health by about 20 lbs; as of right now I lost 22 lbs and counting. In the past I've tried all the products out there for weight loss. I even tried weight gain actually; see I tried to get bigger thinking that if I built fat that I could just turn it into muscle. That backfired; no muscle came, well not a lot...but fat came in abundance.

Back to the weight loss; for the most part it did its job, I was still overweight but it also didn't target some of my problem area such as my neck and abdomen. At first I really didn't believe in the products and just brushed them off and used them whenever...rarely actually. I tried diets in the past to lose weight but I wasn't consistent. I worked out, but that didn't work out. I tried other weight loss products, but got the same round-a-bout.

A few months ago my mentor, Mr. Sheel Patel came up to me and said, "If I really want to make it, you have to commit to yourself," so I took his words of wisdom and this is what I did: in my first 2 weeks I took the products as directed, never forgot them and took them everywhere, I even had my MRP with me in old vitamin bottles. I ate low calorie meals, mainly from Subway and did minor workouts and ran. With this I lost about 13 lbs in 2 weeks! I started at about 164 lbs and lowered to 142 lbs, I was never able to lose this much weight before. I'm actually at the weight I was when I was a junior in high school, to me that's incredible. My confidence is now far higher then before, the ladies are noticing me more (guys too). I was once a disbeliever, but now I'm convinced that we have the best product on the market, and this is only the beginning!
