Hello. My name is Concepcion Aguillón. During my childhood we lived times of scarcity. Not only financially, but also in terms of not having our parents around. My dad left home to go to work at 4am He would return at 8 pm, eat dinner, and go to bed. On the other hand, my mother worked very hard too. She had double shift as a schoolteacher. My mom always said that to have a good future, we had to have a good education. And they would work very hard so we could be in good schools… private schools.
I remember when my brother and I got to school the other kids would make fun of us. We suffered every day at school. I remember one day I arrived home from school and I told my mom, "Mom they're making fun of me!" And she said something that stuck with me, a phrase that changed my life: "Foolish words fall on deaf ears." It is true, over time I began to isolate myself. I stopped listening to people. I became closed-off, very sad, very dark, very critical, and very cynical. I left college with a very arrogant attitude. I was a despot, a cynic and with that way of being I founded my own company.
I realized I was struggling to connect with people. I could not build a team in my company and something that really hit me was that my self-esteem began to shrink as well as my bank account. That's when I got a call. I went to a meeting and the opportunity was explained to me. At first I only saw money. I saw abundance. I saw a different way of making a fortune and I was thrilled. At first my business was like a roller coaster, up and down, up and down and I could not build a team. I would try to build a team, but I couldn’t connect with people and I didn’t realize that I was carrying the fear of opening up to others, of connecting on a deeper level. That was why I could not sustain a team.
During this great business venture of wealth, health, fun, I met a very special person. I met my girlfriend, Marcela Jotar, who has helped me grow a lot as a person. She is my best friend, my mentor, my emotional teacher, a person who really inspires me to grow in this business. She helped me connect with others, to be able to open up, something I had forgotten, and something I no longer associate with pain.
Today, I am very happy to have a business that I enjoy developing, that I’m happy to do, and that inspires me. Each new person that joins the team is a wonderful new responsibility, an opportunity to take them and support them. I managed to overcome that fear, I now feel confident to open up to people, to be able to show myself as I am. I also accept that with my shortcomings and my strengths, together we can make big things happen.
Having that financial freedom I was so eager to find, the peace of mind, the spiritual balance, and the relationship with my girlfriend is amazing. I love my relationship with my family, my brother, my mom, and my dad. In general, I feel I am building a business more with friends than partners… with family. I know there are many people who are looking for a better lifestyle, fulfilled and abundant, based on trust and happiness. And as I found that lifestyle, you can also find it here at YOR Health.
