Like many people, I don't have a lot of time to go to the gym with my busy schedule. Because of this, I have never been able to control my weight. Every year, I would put on another 10-15 pounds. This last holiday season, I watched my waist line expand and grow to a size 36 and beyond. All of my clothes became too small for me. When my products arrived I was very anxious to see some results.

I use the YOR MRP 2-3 times a day and of course take YOR CompleteBurn and YOR Essential Vitamin 2-3 times a day. I replace my breakfast and my dinner with YOR MRP so it allows me to keep my calorie intake low everyday. It has helped me to keep from snacking on foods that are bad for me. It’s great because it keeps me full and I love how fast and convenient it is.
