Able to digest better!
I have always battled with stomach problems all throughout my life; never going regularly, like a normal person. I always felt constipated or bloated. This being the case, I never felt happy, because all day I would feel awful. My problem has always been that I never drank enough water and I was pretty much picky with my food. This caused problems in my diet, and my doctor told me I wasn’t eating enough of certain food groups.

What I love about YOR Health products is that these wonderful gems have helped me regulate my digestive processes. Leaving me feeling less bloated, less constipated, and not having that pain that comes with indigestion. I have been going regularly. I told my family, “So this is what it feels like going like a normal person!” It’s really great, leaving me feeling slimmer and lighter. I love the feeling of not having to worry too much about the next day feeling stuffed; the products get the job done.

I now use YOR Health products everyday, I usually take the Probiotics in the morning and then again at night. I take my CompleteBurn in the morning and in between the afternoon and evening time. The CB helps me stay awake when it’s a long night. There are times I eat late at night, the next day I usually bloat up, but I haven’t really felt any bloating since I took the Digestive Enzymes, which I find truly amazing. Also I’m drinking a lot more water, which is an added bonus. When I have a case of the munchies and it’s a bit late to be eating anything, I’ll make myself a Chocolate MRP, because it’s light and keeps me filled up before my next meal. I also sometimes drink my MRP in the morning for breakfast. The products have been helping me digest my food which was my main problem and as a side benefit it’s been helping me slim down which I have been working on for past six months, but I’ve been using these products for only 3 weeks.
