Happy Cycle
For most of my life, I live a healthy normal life as an athlete. However, for the past couple of years, I have struggled with an irregular menstrual cycle. My period would come at very random times and maybe not at all for three months. I had no idea why, since I was not active sexually at this time, so I really started to question my own health. I started to experience severe bloating and constipation. I would go through two to three whole days without any bowel movements. When I did have to go to the bathroom, it would take hours to find any relief.

I started to become really worried and had to finally resort to doctors for solutions. I was eventually prescribed with birth control pills and patches to regulate my period. As a result, my cycle was regulated but it then ADDED 15 lbs to my weight! I became very unhappy with how my body looked. I almost gave up since I had no idea what to do for my health.

I used to be highly self-conscious in my bikini, but thanks to all these wonderful products, I was able to be carefree and have fun in the Bahamas. I finally feel like I’m Living My Life!
