No More Guessing!!!!
My entire life I have lacked confidence, which was due to my struggle with weight. When I was 13 years old, I already weighed over 180 pounds. By the time I was 18, I weighed around 220 pounds. Not only did I always feel tired, but I had no confidence in me. I would never voice my opinion, I would never make decisions. I was a follower because I was never confident about the way I look. I was made fun of CONSTANTLY. Every name you could imagine a fat kid being called, I was called. So I started trying to lose the weight. I tried EVERYTHING!!!! The Atkins, no carb diet, binge dieting, not eating and starving myself, all types of diet pills. But just as quickly as I lost the weight, I gained it right back. Losing weight to me was a guessing game. I guess this will work… I guess that will work. And even if I was able to lose the weight, I would look “unhealthy.” My parents always told me, “Your losing weight, but you have no color. You just look bad….” I would work out and be “skinny” but I had no definition in my muscles.

Now being introduced to YOR Health, there is no more guessing. I have lost 10 pounds in the past 8 weeks, but more importantly, I feel healthier. There is no binge dieting, no miracle diets.
