SIZE 8 to SIZE 4 ... 16 lbs Down!
The YOR Health weight loss system has been in my life for 3 months and I have lost 16 lbs and 4 full dress sizes!! I have always been know as the “Big Girl” and the only times that was useful was when I was on the basketball or volleyball court. Growing up in a “rice and beans” type of family I had horrible eating habits which led to an adolescence full of insecurities and low confidence always wishing I looked different.
I tried just about EVERYTHING to lose weight and everything just led to this point where I was stuck, could not get rid of the access fat. I’ve tried “No Carb”, but I love carbs, so that didn’t work. I tried Soup diets, binge eating, de-tox, liquid diets, you name it I have tried it. Every other system I tried was just so complicated and not long lasting. I enjoy food too much, not to be able to eat any of it.
With YOR Health I have found something very simple to use and follow. Everyday I take a CompleteBurn and my MRP for breakfast. I have an early dinner… something grilled and wholesome of my choice with another CompleteBurn and in the evening when I usually get a huge craving for sweets I have an ice cold Vanilla MRP and I looooove it! My exercise consists of jogging 2-3 times a week. Not only have I noticed that I have more energy and strength, but I am beginning to see how if I stay with this system I can reach my ultimate goal… to feel sexy and confident and fit in my body.
