Biography
Martin Hagerman, attorney at law, is a founding partner of O'Gorman&Hagerman ABOGADOS. He has been an external consultant of Wellman&Warren LLP, Orange County, CA, since 2002. Mr. Hagerman received his law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana. He completed his post-graduate studies in Corporate Law in 2001 at the Universidad Iberoamericana.

Martin Hagerman represents multinational companies and Mexican and non-Mexican entities in various types of transactions. He has a broad range of experience in many legal areas including strategic alliances, investments, national and international public bids and regulatory issues in the areas of commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, energy, economic competition and corporate law. He is familiar with the development and implementation of legal, corporate and financial structures related to these areas of law. Mr. Hagerman has experience in the legal area of health as well. He has lectured at conferences and seminars in Mexico and the United States on foreign trade and investment, customs law and other aspects of Mexican law, particularly those related to corporate law. Martin Hagerman is fluent in Spanish and English.
