Here at YOR Health, we strive to provide the best care and support to all of our Customers and Independent Representatives. Although we make every effort to resolve all concerns and issues within the same business day, there are some instances where the issue may take up to 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to resolve.
24 Hour Follow-up
If you have already reported an issue to Customer Care in the last 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and it has not yet been resolved, please notify us by sending an email to:
FollowUp@yorcorp.com*

In your email, please be sure to include:
 1) Your username
 2) The original date you reported the issue
 3) A brief description of the issue

A response will be provided immediately.

All new issues should be entered through the Customer Care Online Support system.
