BIO - Juan O'Gorman
Juan O’Gorman, attorney at law, is a founding partner of O’Gorman&Hagerman ABOGADOS.  He was an associate attorney with Sidley Austin LLP, New York, Cervantes, Aguilar-Alvarez y Sainz, S.C., Mexico City, and Jauregui, Navarrete y Nader, S.C., Mexico City. Mr. O’Gorman received his law degree from the Universidad Panamericana, Law School and his masters of law from the University of Chicago, Law School.

Juan O’Gorman’s experience covers commercial contracting and business law, real estate, financial and corporate law, securities, project finance, reorganizations and restructures, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience in transformation and acquisition of commonly-owned land. Mr. O’Gorman is a secretary of and legal advisor to the Board of Directors of Northridge School Mexico. Juan O’Gorman lectures on contracts and corporations at the Universidad Panamericana and has written essays on a variety of subjects, including agriculture-land ownership, finance, and contracting. Mr. O’Gorman is fluent in Spanish and English.
